Coast Modular wanted a refresh of their old website, ensuring the design and build of a functional, responsive website supported by a cohesive brand identity for modular construction. Driven by enhancing their digital presence. This included optimising the website to ensure seamless functionality across all devices and improving SEO to boost their visibility in search results so that it attracts more interest in their services.
Additionally, I set up automated workflows to accurately collect data from customer interactions, streamlining communication and enhancing customer engagement. I also created instruction videos/tutorials for future self-management.
